Traditional Balsamic Vinegar never disappoints! From appetizers to desserts: Try it on your cream ice cream.
Ingredients 4 people amount:
8 egg yolks, 300g sugar, 1 litre of whole milk, 1/2 litre of fresh cream, Taditional Balsamic Vinegar original PDO Extra Vecchio
Whip the egg yolks with the sugar until white, add the cold milk and blend well, put on a hot plate, mixing constantly.
Immediately before it boils, remove the mixture from the heat, add the cream and leave to cool.
Put into an ice-cream machine and make the ice cream.
Serve in single bowls topped with Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO Extra Vecchio
