We feel it is right to give space to new products in order to satisfy the demands of the market, but we assure you that these products have little to do with Balsamic Vinegars produced by centenarian traditions; We think they can create confusion in the choices of the purchaser, moving it away from what is the original Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, a unique product in the world.
It is true the tastes are personal and insubstantial and therefore always buy a product that you like the most, but if you are looking for true Balsamic Vinegar I suggest you to carefully read the label and do not forget about our tips.
