Meatballs recipe with original balsamic vinegar

Ingredients for 4 people: minced pork meat 200 g., bologna 100 g., prosciutto 100 g., parmigiano reggiano 120 g., shallot 1, egg 1, white bread 1 slice, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP 6 spoons, butter 30 g., flour,  sugar, pepper, nutmeg, EVO oil to and milk.

Preparation:

original balsamic vinegar Cut the crust from the bread and dip it into the milk. Put it in a mixer with the bologna, the prosciutto and the parmigiano and blend together.

Add the meat, the eggs, the grated nutmeg, salt and the pepper and mix it together with the bread mixture.

Take a little bit of meat and create the meatballs, big as cherries, and flour them. In a big pan golden the shallot with the butter and cook the meatballs on a high flame for 4-5 minutes.

Add the original Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP and keep cooking for 2-3 minutes.
