Chicken breast with nuts and original balsamic vinegar

Who said that the you must use your microwave to cook only your leftovers? That person was wrong. In fact, with our chicken breast with nuts and original balsamic vinegar you will merge the fast cooking with the tasty one.

Ingredients: chicken breast 4 pieces, nuts 50 g., garlic 2 cloves, butter 30 g., EVO oil 1 spoon, salt and pepper to taste, original balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP, rosemary to taste and an onion.

Preparation:

To cook this dish your microwave must have the crisp setting. Cut finely the onion, put the butter and onion on plate and cook it for 2 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for others 2 minutes.

Chicken breast with nuts and balsamic vinegarPut the chicken breasts and cook for other 5 minutes (stir each minute). Dress the chicken with the balsamic vinegar of Modena and the nuts and cook for other 2/3 minutes. For this step set the microwave to 500 Watt.

Take the chicken from the microwave and add salt, pepper and rosemary.

As you can see in less then 15 minutes you can cook a delicious dish. So remember if you have guests and you’re late with cooking our chicken breast with nuts and original balsamic vinegar is the perfect solution!
