During a dinner somebody serves you a salad and gives you the possibility to dress it “like a boss”, so you pick up the bottle of balsamic vinegar and you drizzle it with delight on your dish. Nothing wrong with that… If you are in Italy. Maybe in Modena. However, abroad balsamic vinegar is still considered an odd ingredient so here’s the question: is Balsamic Vinegar of Modena hipster?

When we think about hipsters and their eating we think to well-presented and unconventional-looking dishes (for example the salad in a mason jar). Art and food combine and become a pleasure for both eye and stomach.
