Ingredients: 1 snapper of 600 g already clean, 3 spoons of Orignal Balsamic Vinegar, 2 red onions, 3 spoons of dry red wine, 2/3 spoons of extra virgin olive oil, 1 clove of garlic, Salt.
First of all, clean the snapper, making sure to remove the blades and sliced the onions on a thin layer, sprinkle with garlic cloves and two tablespoons of olive oil for about ten minutes and let it bake very slowly. Then add red wine and balsamic vinegar and let it evaporate. Cook the snapper fillet on the hot plate, first from the skin to make it crunchy; turn the fillet and, after cooking, warm the sauce, add the salt and sprinkle the fish.
