Tasters Course of Balsamic Vinegar

The “Consorteria” organizes for the year 2020 the Tasters Course of Balsamic Vinegar. The course will end with the presentation of a “Tesina” prepared by each participant on a topic. The topic could be one of the subjects of the lessons of the course or other arguments. The student will choose it relating to the “Balsamic of Tradition”.

It is important to underline that the course is aimed at those who intend to dedicate themselves to the production of “Balsamic Vinegar” at the family level, in absolute respect for the most rigorous tradition.
