For 4 persons (4 skewers per person):
4 Salmon fillets, 2 yellow peppers, 16 Cherry tomatoes, 4 onions or 2 large onions, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena- Condimento, Parsley, Oil, Salt, Pepper
Cut the cubic salmon fillets and put them on a wooden skewer alternating with thin slices of onion, peppers and tomatoes. Once finished, let them taste and let them marinate for an hour in a salt-pepper vinaigrette. Turn on the cast iron plate making it hot and grilling the shavings for 7/8 minutes, turning them occasionally. During the cooking further flavor the skewers with the Condimento of balsamic Vinegar.
