Ingredients
1 pound of Broccoli florets, cut into bite-sized pieces
3 tablespoons of Original Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP
A pinch of flaky sea salt or kosher salt
Salt and Pepper to taste
Procedure
Wash the broccoli and dry them very thoroughly; then cut them into bite-sized pieces and coat well with olive oil. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
After that, prepare a baking sheet and spread the Broccoli over it, arranging them in layers. Then sprinkle them with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake for 5 minutes, then remove the pan from the oven. Flip each piece over, and bake for 5 more minutes. Then sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the broccoli and return the pan to the oven. Bake for 10 minutes, until the edges of the florets are golden.
