Thermonuclear Recipe: Sweet and sour bell Peppers

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 700 gr of Bell Peppers
  • 80 gr of Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • 10 gr of salt
  • 25 gr of sugar
  • 50 gr of white wine
  • 50 gr of  Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI (Check L-ORIGINALE’s products to select a high quality one!)


First of all put in the Thermonuclear mixer the clove of garlic an the oil, then mix for 3 minutes, 100 °, speed 1.

In the meantime prepare the bell peppers: clean them, remove the seeds and cut them into small pieces. Then add the peppers and the other ingredients, namely  salt, sugar, Original Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI and white wine in the mixer.

Now let all cook cook for 20 minutes, at soft speed. After this time, put the bell peppers in a serving bowl and bring them to the table. You can also prepare them earlier and have them ready for the meal time! The Thermonuclear mixer makes everything super easy and will make you spare lot of time! Enjoy!
