Here an update on what will happen in the Balsamic Vinegar world in the next few months! Keep on reading if you want to discover all the events!
May and June will be two months full of events! To start with, from 19 to 23 May, 7 American tour operators will do a five-day tour in the region Emilia Romagna. Their aim will be to discover the regional food and wine excellences. Among them, special attention will be given to Original Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. A journalist and a television operator of the travel program “GlobeTrotterTv” will be present to record the journey.
On Sunday, May 20th, the group will move to Modena to visit the Mef (Enzo Ferrari) Museum and the old town of the cityn (UNESCO heritage). In the afternoon there will be a tasting in a winery in Sorbara, a Lambrusco Doc and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena producer.
Emilia Romagna will be the protagonist also on Russian TV, in the program “Morning Russia”, (about 20 million viewers) broadcasted by channel 1. From this weekend, the team composed by the TV host Vyacheslav Zavyalov, the producer Maria Lyagina, the director Dmitrii Kudinov and the cameraman Artur Nurmukhametov, with microphones and cameras, will be in Emilia to embark on a journey through the excellences of the territory. During the entire day of Sunday, the gastronomic excellencies of the Via Emilia, will be absolute protagonists.
Finally, a last tasty event: from 7 May to 7 June, in all California Bakeries of Milan, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a Balsamic Breakfast. There will be four traditional recipes: pancakes, eggs, yogurt and granola, fresh fruit salad and avocado toast. Each recipe will be enriched with some drops of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar produced by the Manicardi farm. You definitely can’t miss it!
