Mushrooms with original Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is a side dish that could be cooked both for lunch or dinner, for a chic meal, but also for something more chilled. Ingredients
700 fresh mushrooms (better if they’re porcini mushrooms), 2 spoons extra-vergin olive oil, A handful of parsley, 2 cloves of garlic, salt, pepper original Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
Execution
The first step is to wash mushrooms and to cut them in little pieces, deviding the top of the mushroom from the stern. The sterns have to be cut really finely, whereas the top parts shall be cut in more consistent pieces. At a later time, chop parsley and put it together with garlic in a pan, then brown it lightly with two spoons of extra-vergin olive oil.
Once garlic has darkened a bit, it can be removed. Successively, add the sterns and let them brown for a couple of minutes. Add the top parts of the mushrooms afterwards. Let everything cook for 15 minutes more or less.
Shortly before serving your delicacy, you should add salt, pepper and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. In the end, stir everything properly and serve this delicious side dish to your guests!
