The event Mast Còt returns with the first edition of “Stuzzicalamberto“, a food and wine initiative which will take place on 5-6 October in Spilamberto. The event will focus on the typical flavors of our land such as Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
Its protagonists will be many associations and enterprises of the territory which will offer tastings of dishes based on Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. The tasting itineraries will develop through three streets of the oldtown of Spilamberto.
The first edition of Stuzzicalamberto will take place on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th of October, from 12 to 22. The main purpose of the initiative will be to promote the area’s companies through a food and wine tasting itineraries characterized by a common thread, that of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Restaurants, bars, pizzerias, pastry shops, rotisseries, delicatessens, bakeries, associations and exhibitors will be involved, offering tastings of their specialties.
The tickets that will allow you to participate to the tastings, will be on pre-sale starting from September 21st at the reception of the Museum of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Spilamberto. With the ticket, participants will be able to start the tastings. Obviously it will be possible to eat at the stands even independently from the tasting routes.
There will be three itineraries:
- Mosto Cotto (10 €)
- Affinato (12 €)
- Extravecchio (14 €)
Each itinerary will include 10 or 11 different tastings, almost all based on Balsamic Vinegar. But there will be also some which will be based on Nocino or Amaretto. Moreover one of the participating company will serve to drink in each path. The appetizers will be prepared by bars, restaurants, bakeries or associations present in the area of Mast Còt.
