Ingredients for 4 people
800 g lamb, 200 g butter, 1 onion, 2 carrots, 6 potatoes, 1 sprig of parsley, salt and pepper, original Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
First step is to let butter brown in a baking tray, together with finely chopped onions. Then add the lamb cut into small pieces, salt and pepper.
At this point, peel and wash potatoes, then cut them into small pieces. Make the same with carrots, chopping them into not-too-fine slices.
Combine together potatoes, carrots and browned lamb. After that, cover everything with water and let it cook for some minutes. When it’s well cooked, season eveything with a sprig of parsley and last but not least, with Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, which will give a special flavour to the whole dish!
