Ingredients for 4 people:
- 25 mushrooms
- 1 liter of sunflower oil
- 3 tablespoons of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
- 3 tablespoons of delicate white vinegar
- 1 egg
- salt to taste
Procedure
Start by washing and cleaning the mushrooms. Once cleaned, fry them at 140 ° C for about 13 minutes. Then place them side by side in a baking tray, so as not to turn them over. Once baked, place them on a sheet of baking paper and leave them in the refrigerator for a whole night. At this point prepare a Balsamic Vinegar glaze and set aside.
