But this is not the only way to propose the ice cream with Balsamic.

With slightly longer preparation time and greater difficulty, let’s talk about another way to prepare this particular dessert: mixing the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar with the Ice Cream using a whisk.
You have to mix the two ingredients until you get a creamy product with homogeneous density.
Let the ice cream heat slightly to make it softer and easier to mix and add the vinegar a little at a time while you are stirring with strength.

We remind you that Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO (ABTM) must always and exclusively be used raw.
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI (ABM) can also be used while you are cooking food over a flame.
